As an Analyst, you will:
Get exposure to a diverse range of early-stage technology companies across various industries and geographies in Latin America
Join a lean, dynamic investment team where you’ll gain significant responsibility and experience early in your venture investing career.
Play a contributive role within the investment team. Key responsibilities include:
- Support all administrative and operational tasks, including accounting, reporting, audits, and more
- Deal origination (sourcing, research, identifying investment targets, and supporting deal pipelines)
- Deal analysis (market research, competitor benchmarking, financial analysis, deal memo)
- Portfolio management (support existing portfolio companies, evaluate follow-on investment
opportunities)

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an Analyst with the following skills and attributes:
- Recently graduated from Engineering or Business Administration studies, with 0-2 years of
professional experience
- Strong teamwork skills and an open mindset
- Exceptional analytical skills and desire to produce consistent top-tier quality work
- Passionate about venture capital, technology, startups, and generating an impact in society
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently and to completion
- Fast-moving, organized, and able to process a high volume of tasks
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish
