Position: Analyst/Associate
Location: Santiago Office
Responsibilities:
i. Assist in M&A processes
ii. Develop financial valuation models
iii. Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint
iv. Provide essential support to partners in pitches and exploring new opportunities
v. Conduct market research
Requirements:
i. 0-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field
ii. Proficiency in English, both written and oral
iii. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
iv. Strong financial and accounting knowledge
