For the M&A Investment Banking Analiyst positions being considered, you will primarily assist in preparing presentations, conducting research, and supporting various other tasks within a bilingual work environment.

Principal functions
• Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, teasers, presentation decks, and CIMs showcasing potential deals and market opportunities
• Conduct financial statement analysis to assess the performance of the company under study
• Perform industry and company research to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisitions targets
• Provide due diligence support
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential acquirers, or targets, and monitor market activity

Required Skills
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, and performing financial analysis
• Fluent/Advanced English level
• Problem-solving skills
• Creative and with strong business intuition skills
• Excellence in written and oral communications
• Solid academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related careers
