Descripción del puesto
The role has to provide analytical and underwriting support across Avenida’s active real estate equity investment programs in both Chile and the United States. The selected candidate will work closely with Avenida’s investment team, founding partners, associated firms, investment and advisory committees, lenders and the broader ecosystem of service providers supporting the firm’s investment programs. Core responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining acquisition, financing and portfolio-level financial models.
- Leading due diligence on net lease, shopping center and multi-tenant opportunities, coordinating legal, technical and commercial advisors.
- Preparing investment memoranda and supporting materials for the firm’s investment and advisory committees.
- Supporting debt sourcing and negotiation with lenders in Chile and the United States.
- Contributing to asset management and to quarterly investor reporting across the active programs.
- Aiding to the definition and structuring of the firm’s upcoming investment programs, including credit strategies and the expansion of Avenida’s international footprint.
The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams, and the capacity to negotiate and maintain business relationships across a range of counterparties.
