We are currently looking to add an Analyst to our Private Markets Team
- Aviron is an independent asset management firm based in Chile with an extensive and successful track record investing globally in private equity, real estate, and publicly traded securities
- In our private markets strategy, we have executed over 75 transactions in Buyout, Growth Equity, and Real Estate, partnering with global private equity firms, sector-specific, regional mid-sized funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs
- We are seeking someone who is passionate about investing and pursues an international exposure to join our team

Main Responsabilities
1. Industry Analysis
- Conduct in-depth industry analysis of new investment themes, sectors, and geographies
- Enhance long term strategy and collaborate on strategic initiatives
2. Investment Execution & Due Diligence
- Analyze and prioritize incoming opportunities to be discussed with investment team
- Coordinate all fronts of due diligence in investment opportunities. Lead review of financial models, investment memos and key diligence documents
- Prepare and deliver investment recommendations to the Investment Committee
3. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Manage portfolio performance review working alongside global partners
- Provide regular updates to the Investment Committee to inform highly strategic commercial decisions
- Work in partnership with Aviron’s legal, finance and public markets teams
