For the M&A Intern roles currently open, the selected candidates will contribute primarily by supporting research, creating presentations, and assisting in a range of activities within a bilingual setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1 .- Support the creation of pitchbooks, teasers, presentations, and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) to highlight transactions and market opportunities
2.- Analyze financial statements to evaluate company performance
3.- Conduct industry and company research to identify trends, competitors, and potential acquisition targets
4.-Assist in due diligence processes
5.- Monitor market dynamics and conduct competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and strategic fits

Required Qualifications
1.- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and large data management
2.- Advanced or fluent English skills
3.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
4.-Creativity and sound business judgment
5.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
