As an Intern, you will:
Get exposure to a diverse range of early-stage technology companies across various industries and geographies in Latin America
Join a lean, dynamic team where you will play a contributive role within the investment team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the fund’s investment team in sourcing and evaluating investments, including financial analysis, market research, and supporting deal pipelines.
- Portfolio management (support existing portfolio companies, evaluate follow-on investment opportunities).
- Develop presentations, reports, and conduct independent analyses related to potential new investments or industry market research.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an Intern with the following skills and attributes:
- In the final year of study or recently graduated from Engineering or Business Administration studies
- Availability to intern for at least 2 months (we have flexibility in hours and start date)
- Strong teamwork skills and an open mindset
- Exceptional analytical skills and desire to produce consistent top-tier quality work
- Passionate about venture capital, technology, startups, and generating an impact in society
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently and to completion
- Fast-moving, organized, and able to process a high volume of tasks
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish
